Shipping Policy

At Simply Black, we know you're excited to get your gadgets so we work hard to get orders out fast and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Within Nairobi Same-day delivery for orders placed and confirmed before our daily cutoff time. Orders confirmed after the cutoff will be delivered the following business day.

Outside Nairobi (Rest of Kenya) Next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered the following business day (excluding Sundays).

Outside Kenya (East African Community) 1–2 business days for deliveries within the EAC (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, DR Congo).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather, or customs processing for cross-border orders.

Shipping Days

We ship Monday through Saturday. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an update via WhatsApp with your order details and delivery status. You'll be notified again once your order is out for delivery and upon successful delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Cross-Border (EAC) Orders

For deliveries outside Kenya within the EAC, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
